1. General
These terms govern the use of our website and services. By engaging with ThrivePix, you accept these terms in full.
ThrivePix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or our website.
2. Scope of Services
ThrivePix provides website design, development, branding, hosting, and digital marketing services as detailed in your project agreement.
Changes or additions to the agreed scope will require a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are to be made in accordance with the milestones outlined in the project agreement:
- 25% Advance: To initiate the project.
- 50% After Design Approval: Upon completion of the design phase.
- 25% Before Deployment: Final payment before the project goes live.
Delayed payments may result in project suspension or additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary content for project completion.
Any delay in delivering required materials or feedback may impact the project timeline.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.
ThrivePix retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless expressly prohibited by the client.
Third-party tools, plugins, and licenses remain subject to their respective terms.
6. Hosting & Maintenance
ThrivePix provides free hosting for the first year. Renewal fees will apply from the second year.
Hosting includes basic security monitoring and technical support. Extended maintenance plans are available upon request.
7. Liability
ThrivePix is not liable for:
- Service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
- Security breaches resulting from client negligence.
- Loss of revenue due to errors, delays, or misuse of delivered services.
Clients are responsible for regular backups unless otherwise agreed.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 15 days.
Refunds will be issued as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared proprietary information during the course of the project.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mutual negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
11. Force Majeure
ThrivePix is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.
