25% Advance: To initiate the project.
50% After Design Approval: Upon completion of the design phase.
25% Before Deployment: Final payment before the project goes live.
Payments must be made via approved methods, including bank transfers, UPI, Razorpay, or other modes agreed upon during the agreement.
ThrivePix provides one year of free hosting with every project.
From the second year onwards, an annual subscription fee of ₹7000 applies for hosting, licenses, and branded emails.
Clients will receive renewal reminders via email 30 days before the due date.
We can provide the backup if you do not want to host with us. Website will still work smoothly, but licencse of the page builder and theme will be not provided.

Payments not made within the agreed timeline will incur a late fee of 2% per week of the outstanding amount.
Continued non-payment may result in the suspension of services, including access to hosting and other deliverables.
Clients must raise disputes related to invoices within 7 days of receipt. ThrivePix will investigate and address disputes promptly.
Disputes raised after 7 days will not be entertained.
Subscription fees for hosting, licenses, and emails are non-refundable once the renewal period begins.
In case of service downtime due to ThrivePix’s fault, prorated refunds may be issued at ThrivePix’s discretion.
Non-payment of invoices or subscription fees.
Breach of agreement terms by the client.
Use of services for unlawful purposes.
ThrivePix is not liable for interruptions or delays caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or regulatory actions.
ThrivePix reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or our website.
