  • Account Information: Name, Agency Name, Email Address, and Billing Details.
  • Project Data: Figma files, Adobe XD files, assets, images, and copy text submitted via the Dashboard.
  • Credential Data: Logins for third-party platforms (e.g., Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, Hosting) required to complete development tasks.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your data. We use your information strictly to:

  • Deliver Services: Convert your designs into code and fulfill development requests.
  • Process Payments: Manage your flat monthly fee subscription and handle “Pause” status tracking.
  • Communication: Update you on project status via your custom Dashboard.

3. The “White-Label” Guarantee (Non-Disclosure)

We understand that as an Agency, your client relationships are your most valuable asset.

  • Strict Confidentiality: We treat all materials submitted as White-Label. We will never contact your end clients directly.
  • Invisible Partner: We act as your back-office team. We do not claim credit, place “Designed by Thrivepix” links, or use your end-client’s work in our public portfolio without your explicit written permission.

4. Data Security & Team Vetting

  • Vetted Team: Your data is handled only by senior developers managed by Thrivepix leadership. We do not outsource to unvetted random freelancers.
  • Encryption: We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission (SSL) and secure dashboard environments to protect your files and credentials.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party tools to operate our system.

  • Payment Processing: We use secure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) to process your $999/mo subscription. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Project Management: Data may be processed through our internal project management tools (e.g., Trello, Slack) to track “Done” status.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & Global Compliance)

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your account and associated data (subject to legal billing retention requirements).
  • Correction: Update your agency details via the Dashboard.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our “System” evolves. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a Dashboard notification.
